Finance4u (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us. When you join a notify list, request a free book chapter, subscribe to Scam Radar updates, or send a message through our contact form, we collect the email address (and, for contact messages, the name and message) you provide.
  • Registration details. Camp registration and payment are handled by our booking partner, ActivityHero, on their own platform. Information you enter there is governed by ActivityHero’s privacy policy, not this one.
  • Basic usage data. Like most websites, we collect anonymous, aggregate analytics (such as pages visited) to understand what’s useful and improve the site. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use it

  • To send you the camp dates, updates, resources or replies you asked for.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Children’s privacy

Our programs serve children, but our website forms are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Scam Radar Studio

Scam Radar Studio is a private tool we run on our own computer to measure how our own videos perform. It is not available to the public and has no user accounts.

  • Whose data it accesses. Only channels we own. We authorize the tool against our own accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. It never requests access to anyone else’s account and cannot read your data.
  • What it reads. Performance metrics for videos we published: view, like, comment, share and save counts, and our own audience analytics.
  • Where it is stored. Locally, in a database file on our own machine. It is not uploaded to any server, shared with third parties, or sold.
  • Revoking access. Access is granted through each platform’s standard authorization flow and can be revoked by us at any time from that platform’s app-permissions settings.

Your choices

  • Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
  • You may ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
